Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about our premium Black Angus beef and shipping process.

What makes Creekstone Farms beef different from grocery store brands?

We specialize in Premium Black Angus Beef, utilizing superior genetics and a proprietary corn-based feed. Our cattle are raised with humane handling practices and undergo strict USDA certification to ensure consistent marbling, tenderness, and flavor.

How is my order packaged for shipping?

To ensure your beef arrives in perfect condition, we ship orders in insulated coolers with dry ice. This maintains a deep-chill or frozen state throughout the transit process, preserving the quality and safety of the meat.

When will my order be delivered?

We typically ship orders Monday through Wednesday to avoid weekend delays. Most orders arrive within 1-2 business days via FedEx or UPS. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your package leaves our facility.

Can I return meat products if I change my mind?

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. However, if there is an issue with your order such as damage or a quality concern, please contact our customer service team within 24 hours of delivery for a resolution.

Do you offer antibiotic-free or hormone-free options?

Yes, we offer a specific Natural Black Angus Beef line. These cattle are 'Never-Ever' raised with antibiotics or growth hormones and are fed a 100% vegetarian diet to meet the highest standards of natural beef production.

How should I thaw my beef once it arrives?

For the best quality, we recommend thawing your beef slowly in the refrigerator for 24-48 hours. This allows the fibers to retain more moisture. For faster thawing, you can place the vacuum-sealed package in a cold water bath.
